This book provides students the opportunity to expand their vocabulary for reading and writing. It is an ideal for reading, ELL, and Special Education teachers. Perfect for homework or student writing journals. Students are highly engaged during group sessions or working independently.
I used the 4th grade last year and loved it. Had to get the third grade since I moved down. Great words to help build student's repertoire of synonyms and antonyms. This will help them in reading as well as writing to banish the boring words.
My students love these vocabulary lessons. We have discussions and memory games throughout the week to solidify their understanding.
