Great reading plan! When combined by the H.E.A.R. Journaling method and prompter questions everyday, this is a valuable tool. Our oldest 4 children, along with my wife and I are doing this. Each do the study in the morning on their own, then in the evening we share out insights and responses to the reading. Very fruitful conversations take place each evening.

Great book to read with the Bible. I like that you read more bible than commentary.

Still working my way through this reading plan. Loving the outlines and the guided questions. Didn’t initially realize that it’s not a complete read through. It skips over some chapters. I’ve chosen to read extra in between to cover the entire bible, but still a good guide.

The app is free and has everything this book has.

I am using this for my daily Bible study and love the reading plan! The devotional open ended questions are great...thought provoking! I love using the HEAR Bible study method as well!

I am enjoying this method of Bible Study very much and the questions at the end of the page really help me to think through some of the devotional clearly and apply it.

I love this study! It is set up to where you read about 2 chapters 5 days a week. I find that I am able to keep up with it without getting behind. It focuses on all of the major passages in the Bible and skips some of the less applicable chapters. I love the journaling method that goes along with it. I've grown a lot just from reading God's Word and journaling about it, rather than just reading what some author has to say about it. This book works great to use in a small group setting as well.

The Promised Neverland is a bit of a different animal than most fantasy/sci fi Shounen manga: instead of endless powerups or random events, the story is about slowly but surely uncovering the truth about the world from which the kids have been sheltered. As such it is a bit of a slow burn but the constant reveals along with the focus on the kids using intellect and teamwork to outwit whatever besets them make it worth the read.Story: They have managed to survive all the way to the shelter promised by the mysterious William Minerva. But they find it is already inhabited - by an older escapee just like themselves! The problem is that he is hostile and does not want to share the small resources of the hideout bunker. The kids see it as an interim step to getting to the human world. But the stranger tells them they haven't faced true peril yet. Together, they create a bold plan to continue their quest.Thus far, we have had two arcs in the Promised Neverland: discovering their situation/plotting their escape, and then surviving the journey to the promised safe house. I thought this third arc would involve exploring the safe house and then deciding what to do next eventually. However, the story moves quite quickly and it is clear this third arc will be about reaching the next safe house promised by Minerva.We don't learn anything new about Minerva other than that he appeared to have set all this up years ago. But I also find it interesting that he left the 'pens' among many of the 'farms', to be found and then used to escape. Mysteries in the story currently involve the "poachers" as well as what happened to the strangers' colleagues who all perished years ago.In all, I am still very much enjoying this manga.
